About me

Siân DalzielMy name is Siân Dalziel. I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and follow its professional codes of ethics, conduct and practice.

I work with a wide range of issues from anxiety and depression, to identity crisis, struggles with grief and loss, relationship issues, addictions, self harm, feelings of stress or low self esteem.

However, no two people are the same. I work in a way that respects your individuality: your race, gender, age, sexuality and background. Therapy aims to explore the world from your perspective and experience. We will be working to deepen your awareness of yourself and to ensure that the life you are living truly reflects who you want to be.

I also have specialist experience in working with loss, addiction issues, trauma and post-natal depression. I am a trained Soul Midwife and am interested in working with those reaching the end of their life or facing a terminal diagnosis. I run a Bereavement Awareness course in local communities.

“Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.”
